Responsibilities
The purpose of the Home Equity Processor II is the process management and fulfillment of home equity loans which requires a variety of skills associated to the loan process. They must have a good knowledge of the features and benefits of home equity products which includes fixed term loans, home equity lines of credit and niche products such as swing loans, combo second loans and land loans. They must be current on local, state, and federal regulations and compliance as it pertains to home equity loans and lines of credit.
The Home Equity Processor II completes the following but is not limited to consultation and intake of applications, providing member service through inbound and outbound phone queues, chat, email and mail communication methods, branch support, pull through efforts, all loan processing tasks such as processing the applications, ensuring disclosures are sent timely and in accordance with regulatory guidelines, ordering and reviewing reports, interacting with vendors, and a liaison between the member, associates and the underwriter. The Home Equity Processor II finalizes the loan after approval by coordinating the loan closing/settlement with the member and the branch, ensuring all stipulations for the loan have been met, quality assurance of loan documents before and after loan consummation and disbursing the loan after the rescission period. This position has no budgetary responsibility, has supervision over daily work to ensure success, and requires analytical abilities in order to perform the essential job functions.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading

• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
