Clinical Manager Position The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in the operational leadership of assigned departments, encompassing cost management, human resources, operations, quality of care, and clinical outcomes. As part of the entity's management team, this individual is focused on promoting the organization's mission, vision, and values. Embracing a patient-centered philosophy while fostering services that cater to patients' and families' needs across the continuum. Responsibilities include succession planning, talent identification, providing support, education, and resources to nurture future nursing leaders. Additionally, assistance may be offered in staffing as necessary to provide clinical care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Three years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting are required. A minimum of one year of relevant leadership experience is necessary. Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area is essential. Requirements include a current license as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based and BLS certification. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
