What You’ll Do
Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring compliance and high-quality care
Build strong resident and family relationships rooted in trust and communication
Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated care team
Drive team engagement and retention with recognition and accountability
Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to support census growth and community reputation
What We’re Looking For
Current RN, LPN, or LVN license (in good standing)
Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred
Strong leadership and regulatory compliance knowledge
Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
A servant-leader mindset with a passion for enhancing lives
