What We're Looking For: A dynamic leader with 5+ years of gymnastics coaching or program management experience, ideally with a USAG competitive background. USAG Professional Membership and certifications (e.g., Safety Certification, Background Check). A bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred but not required). Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills to inspire staff and connect with families.
