What You’ll Do as Gym Director
Teach & Lead Classes – Keep them fun, safe & developmentally appropriate. Deliver Outstanding Customer Service – Build strong relationships with families. Grow Memberships – Handle enrollments, retention & communication. Run Fun Events – Birthdays, camps, and community events! Manage Daily Operations – Keep things running smoothly. Lead & Develop a Team – Hire, train & inspire enthusiastic instructors.

Ideal Candidate
Leadership, management, or customer service experience (bonus: kids’ activities/gymnastics). Strong organizational & communication skills. Comfortable coaching & leading classes. Available evenings & weekends (when the fun happens!). Ability to lift up to 45 lbs (spotting kids for safety).
