Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional dining experience by warmly welcoming guests, serving delicious meals, and efficiently handling transactions. Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the store environment. Adhere to Operations Standards and Safety Procedures to maintain food quality and freshness. Adapt to various roles, including Front Counter, Drive Thru, or Kitchen, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Some high school education preferred. Food Handler certification may be necessary, following local regulations. Work Environment: The kitchen can be hot with steam and food vapors; workspaces may be limited. Team members should be ready to stand for long periods, as well as prepare both hot and cold foods, and use kitchen equipment. The role may also require lifting items up to 50 lbs and reaching to serve customers. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and possess strong communication skills is crucial for success.
