As a Guest Experience Host, you will play a key role in delivering authentic guest experiences, whether it's a lively Ladies Night Out or a cozy Sunday Family Dinner. We take pride in serving our neighbors with delicious food and beverages they love. While prior experience as a host, hostess, greeter, or maître d is a plus, we welcome applicants without experience as well! Requirements: You must be 16 years or older to apply. Open the door for guests when they arrive and depart. Accommodate any special needs of guests, including boosters, highchairs, and those with disabilities. Manage the Wait List during busy periods. Assist servers as needed to provide excellent guest service. Keep your work area clean and organized; complete cleaning tasks as assigned. Fill out the feature board and inflate balloons for guests. Qualifications: Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills. Mobility to move around the restaurant throughout your shift. Ability to transport and carry objects (such as highchairs) weighing up to 15 pounds, multiple times during a shift. Capable of cleaning tables, booth seats, and picking up debris in all areas of the restaurant. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and maintain a good pace for up to four (4) hours at a time. Clear communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
