The Growth Marketing Manager or Director will be instrumental in executing Trullion's comprehensive growth and ABM strategy, focusing on our core B2B audiences. This hands-on role requires a solid understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, and content processes to increase organic traffic and drive interest within the enterprise space through programmatic and ABM initiatives, contributing directly to revenue targets. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in implementing short and long-term growth strategies, supporting our ambitious brand elevation and revenue generation goals.
Responsibilities:
Own the strategy and execution of demand generation - full-funnel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion. Lead paid and organic acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn, Google) with a focus on CAC and ROI metrics, continuously optimizing through A/B testing and landing page experimentation.
Own and optimize full-funnel digital marketing strategies to drive significant pipeline and ARR growth.
Lead data-driven analysis and reporting, transforming insights into strategic recommendations for digital programs.
Drive the evolution of inbound lead generation and website optimization, developing new digital strategies.
Collaborate strategically with Marketing, Sales, and vendors to ensure efficient lead flow and budget utilization.
Guide technical SEO and keyword research initiatives to improve search performance and user experience.
Develop and scale digital marketing programs, including ABM initiatives, to generate qualified pipeline and increase sales velocity. Align with sales on pipeline goals and lead SLAs and leverage marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to nurture leads and shorten sales cycles.
Requirements:
4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including email marketing, and supporting SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
Ability to manage in-house and external vendors and agencies, PPC, and others.
Demand generation focus with a proven track record of leading successful pipeline generation and acceleration.
Prior experience in executing end-to-end ABM and digital campaigns, including LinkedIn, etc., and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) and CRM/marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce.com, HubSpot).
Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.
Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$170,000 + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
