The Global Social Media Director will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies, overseeing social media content creation, optimizing social media performance, and coordinating public relations activities. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, analyzing metrics, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills Strong Communication and Public Relations skills Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies Ability to analyze social media metrics and develop actionable insights Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the cycling or sports industry Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Seniority level
