Job ID: 231913 Posted: 08-Aug-2025 Service line: GWS Segment Role type: Full-time Areas of Interest: Purchasing/Procurement Location: Remote - US - United States of America About the Role As a CBRE Global Procurement Director, you will oversee the planning and direction of procurement within the Industrial & Logistics sector, responsible for sourcing goods, services, and raw materials from vendors and suppliers. What You’ll Do Lead global procurement across 80+ manufacturing sites, focusing on EMEA and AMS regions. Drive strategic procurement integration for acquired brands. Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring consensus and adoption of strategies. Assess team structure and workload, optimize operations, and lead teams through supervision, training, and mentoring. Communicate procurement strategies effectively and champion continuous improvement using lean principles. Manage and develop team performance, including hiring, evaluations, and staff growth. Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage procurement budgets and vendor relationships, resolve disputes, and negotiate with external partners. Identify operational and organizational problems and implement innovative solutions. What You’ll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. required or eligible. Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management is preferred. Strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Why CBRE?
