Overview AVT (Advanced Vision Technology) is a leader in print inspection and quality assurance solutions for the packaging and labels industry. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Global/Key Accounts Sales Director to manage and grow relationships with AVT’s strategic global customers in the packaging and label printing sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the print production process and demonstrate a proven ability to navigate complex organizations and international sales environments. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for strategic global accounts, ensuring long-term relationship building and client satisfaction Drive global account strategy, coordinate local and regional teams, and align account activities across geographies Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts Conduct regular business reviews, manage renewals, and lead negotiations of global contracts and pricing agreements Collaborate with product, support, and implementation teams to ensure customer success and solution adoption Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape Represent AVT at industry events, trade shows, and customer visits globally Requirements 10+ years of experience in sales or account management within the printing industry , specifically in labels and packaging Solid understanding of print inspection systems, quality control , and the overall production workflow in packaging/label printing Proven track record in managing complex, multi-region accounts and growing strategic relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40–50%) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with or selling AVT or similar print inspection solutions Background in flexographic, offset, or digital label/packaging production Fluent German, other European languages are a plus Prior experience in a global or matrixed organization Technical or engineering degree is a plus What We Offer A key role in a global leader in print inspection technology Opportunity to work with top-tier clients in the packaging and labels sector Dynamic, international work environment with opportunities for professional growth Competitive compensation and benefits package
