Global Director of Managed and Professional Services : Lead the end-to-end delivery of Managed and Professional Services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security in IT projects. Oversee a globally distributed Customer Support, DevOps, and Technical Support team. Align IT workforce planning with capacity demands and business objectives. Identify emerging technology trends to enhance service offerings, market positioning, and drive revenue growth and profitability. Manage P&L, ensuring financial sustainability, cost efficiency, and budget adherence. Develop 1-year budget and 3-year business plans aligned with corporate objectives. Implement KPIs to measure service effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Collaborate with the Sales team to support proposals, presentations, and customer inquiries. Optimize processes to improve efficiency, quality, and agility and ensure compliance with local market conditions and regulatory requirements regarding IT projects. Drive lead generation and sales strategies to expand market share and customer base. Advise key customers to align IT solutions with business needs and introduce new IT solutions to enhance customer experience and service value. Monitor and optimize sales close ratios through improved technical support in sales cycles. May require occasional domestic and international travel (up to 15%). Requirements: Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related. 2 years experience in the offered position or a software development/IT architecture position. 2 years must include experience with leading enterprise IT solutions, security, monitoring, cloud architecture, and DevOps.
