Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to secure long-term partnerships
Develop and implement account strategies to promote sustainable business growth
Lead collaborative efforts between internal teams to deliver high-quality service and address client needs
Analyze account performance and market trends to make informed strategic decisions
Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance
Communicate effectively with clients to articulate value and address inquiries or concerns
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, preferably in a fractional or consulting role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Demonstrated track record of successfully growing client accounts
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools
