Your role will include: Building long-lasting customer relationships by fostering a service-oriented selling culture. Developing deep knowledge of our product categories and effectively communicating their benefits to customers. Maintaining and achieving sales goals, including units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADT). Staying informed about current promotions, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to company standards, and assisting with inventory management. Executing all sales transactions accurately and ensuring cash and media accountabilities at registers. Actively seeking opportunities for skill development and collaboration with the leadership team. Completing opening and closing procedures in compliance with company standards. Upholding all local, federal and state laws, as well as company policies. Maintaining high standards of quality, attendance, and appearance in your work. Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience. Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
