Responsibilities of the F&B Director:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, guaranteeing seamless service and maintaining the highest quality standards Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve operational excellence Address all inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner Serve as a positive representative of the brand and its values both within and beyond the organization Cultivate a positive work environment for the team Recruit, train, and lead staff Analyze financial reports and devise strategies to optimize profitability Stay informed about local competitors, industry trends, and best practices to continually improve the food and beverage department

The Ideal Candidate:

2+ years’ experience in a similar role Ability to build and lead a strong team Financially savvy with excellent communication and organisational skills Passionate about food and beverage and providing exceptional guest experiences
