Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards Food handling license Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus Understanding of national food and health safety regulations High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard Create and maintain staff operation schedules
