We are looking for a professional with experience in security, customer service, and hospitality who can effectively support one of our high-end hotel clients in Brooklyn. Responsibilities Accurately monitor the fire command station. Respond appropriately to fire command station signals and alarms. Control access to the client site or facility through the admittance process. Courteously assist visitors with legitimate entry needs to the facility. Prepare logs or reports as required for the site. Observe and immediately report incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life/safety personnel, or public safety authorities as appropriate. Perform other relevant duties as assigned. Qualifications Current New York State Security Guard License. Current Fire Safety Director Certification (F-89/T-89). Excellent concierge, verbal, and written communication and computer skills. Ability to pass drug test, stand for long periods, and prior high-end hotel experience.
