Bachelor\'s Degree 8 years of experience One or more of the following credentials or certifications: CPA, CFA Level 3, JD, PhD, MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality; or applicable appraiser licenses or professional certifications (e.g., CRE, CRI, CCIM, CHA, PMP). What Sets You Apart
Master\'s Degree in related fields preferred (Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.). Advising clients on complex financial structures; performing valuation analysis of financial instruments; assessing valuation soundness; creating/reviewing independent financial models. Developing and utilizing complex financial models; utilizing industry software (e.g., INETX, TREPP, Bloomberg). Applying accounting treatments of financial products and communicating effectively in a professional services environment. Additional Information
Salary range: $134,000 - $410,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
