Director of Finance | Luxury Travel & Events Company – Boston, MA

An exceptional opportunity awaits an experienced Director of Finance to join a boutique luxury travel and events company based in Boston. In this highly visible role, you’ll oversee all areas of the organization’s financial operations while working closely with the owner and travel/event leaders.

We’re seeking a creative, adaptable financial professional with a passion for hospitality and a hands-on approach. You’ll manage A/R, A/P, payroll, forecasting, event and company P&Ls, quarterly tax estimates, and partner with the company’s CPA and financial planners to ensure fiscal excellence and growth. Experience in hotels, resorts, travel or event companies is a MUST.

Success in this role will come from your deep knowledge of accounting and your ability to think strategically while executing tactically, and your understanding of incentive plans, travel and event-based financial models.
