About the Company: Our client is a global alternative asset manager with over $750 billion in AUM with a focus on renewable power, infrastructure, private equity, and real estate. The Finance Operations Director will be involved in both accounting and fund operations roles for the firm. Responsibilities: Review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

Manage the external audit and tax reporting processes

Oversee the fund’s operations and credit facility maintenance

Oversee and manage third-party fund administrator

Prepare and analyze funds financial data and operating metrics for quarterly review presentations

Prepare forecasted and projected financials, strategic initiatives, and industry cycle overview

Monitor liquidity and assess capital needs

Manage investor capital calls and distributions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required

9-12 years of experience within public and private accounting

Fund accounting and real estate experience required

Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and financial reporting technical skills

Experience managing staff through large projects

Experience with financial systems Salary Range:

$160,000-$190,000
