Industry Consumer Goods Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a talented Finance Operations Director to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be a valued partner to senior leadership, providing essential analytical insights and managing operational expenses to drive strategic initiatives that support profitable growth throughout the Americas region. You will play a crucial part in overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and operational reporting, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement in both financial and operational processes. Your responsibilities will include: Business partnering for effective operational expense management. Budgeting and forecasting processes that guide financial strategy. Cost accounting and operational reporting to enhance decision-making. Managing CAPEX forecasting and project tracking for operational projects. Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis as required. To be considered for this role, you should have: A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred. At least 8 years of progressive financial accounting and analysis experience, particularly in manufacturing, seasonal, or international imports businesses. A proven track record in team development, project leadership, and effective communication with executive leadership. Ideal candidates will demonstrate: A strong understanding of general accounting concepts. Proficiency in financial modeling and expertise in financial analysis. In-depth knowledge of operational performance metrics and manufacturing processes. A commitment to continuous improvement and a high level of personal accountability.
