Requirements to Succeed · Minimum 12 years of operations management experience with a proven leadership track record; relevant degree in Engineering or Operations. · Excellent strategic planning, process optimisation, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities. · Outstanding leadership and communication skills; HVAC experience is a plus; open to regional travel (10-20%).
