Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:

Overseeing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurant, bar, banquets, etc.), ensuring smooth service, adherence to standards, and guest satisfaction.
Staff Management:
.
Assisting in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of FOH staff. This includes mentoring and developing team members to improve their performance.
Financial Management:
.
Monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial reports related to food and beverage operations. This includes contributing to revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
Quality Control:
.
Ensuring high standards of beverage quality while also creating Bar menu, presentation, and service delivery across all outlets.
Menu Development & Marketing:
.
Assisting with menu planning, promotions, and marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Compliance:
.
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, including HACCP, OSHA, and alcohol service guidelines.
Strategic Planning:
.
Contributing to the development and implementation of the overall food and beverage strategic plan.
Customer Service:
.
Handling guest complaints and feedback, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.\
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: A combination of education and experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related fields is typically required. This could include a high school diploma or GED with several years of experience, or a 2-year degree with fewer years of experience.
Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff, guests, and other stakeholders, according to Raging Waves.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve operational, financial, and personnel issues.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
