Based at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center and the Gandy Family Medicine Center, this full-time academic leadership role is a meaningful opportunity to shape the future of family medicine while working within a mission-driven, community-focused health system. What You’ll Do Lead a vibrant, full-time academic program with clinical practice responsibilities. Provide thoughtful oversight of the Family Medicine Residency Program, guiding both faculty and residents with a spirit of mentorship and collaboration. Ensure program excellence by directing curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and ongoing program evaluation. Play an integral role in maintaining ACGME accreditation and ensuring quality education and patient care. Engage in both outpatient and inpatient clinical care, maintaining a strong presence in the community and healthcare system. Partner in Mercy’s broader efforts around health equity and community outreach.

Job Requirements We’re seeking a dynamic, mission-aligned physician who brings both clinical expertise and a heart for teaching.
