*Summary*

We are seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee the management and maintenance of our healthcare facilities in Central Missouri. This leadership role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and conducive to providing high-quality healthcare services.

*Responsibilities*

* Manage all aspects of facilities operations including maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulations and budgeting. * Oversee HVAC systems and ensure optimal performance for patient comfort and safety. * Collaborate with leadership to plan facility upgrades and renovations as needed. * Ensure that all facilities meet health and safety standards for a healthcare environment. * Lead and develop a skilled facilities and custodial team * Ensure regulatory readiness (OSHA, HRSA, Life Safety, etc.) * Manage capital improvement projects and vendor contracts * Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to support excellent patient care

*Requirements:*

* 5+ years of experience in healthcare facilities management * Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) * Proven ability to manage budgets, projects, and compliance standards * Leadership experience and excellent communication skills * CDL, Support of mobile dental program * Certified Health Care Facility Manager or similar certification a plus
