We are seeking a dynamic Director to lead our After School Program at Currier Memorial School in Danby, VT, for the 2025-2026 school year. As the Director, you'll oversee all aspects of the program's operation. Job Details Job Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt Schedule: 2:45 - 5:30 pm Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Responsibilities Ensure compliance with state guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and school rules. Lead engaging activities based on the Healthy Kids Curriculum, including fitness, STEAM, arts, and homework assistance. Manage attendance, registration, staffing, and daily operations. Maintain communication with parents via the Playground App. Collaborate effectively with your direct supervisor and team members. Qualifications At least 18 years old with a BA, BS, or Associates degree, and either: Ten months of experience with school-age children, or Vermont-specific credentials or licensure, or Master’s Degree in a youth-related field. Healthy, reliable, and excellent at building relationships. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and energetic to keep up with children.
