We are seeking a proven Finance Director to lead and manage our Finance Department. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing a high-producing F&I team, ensuring compliance, and maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and hold the F&I team accountable to performance standards
• Drive production, product penetration, and overall department profitability
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
• Collaborate with Sales Management to maximize deal structure and efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results

Requirements:

• Proven Automotive F&I experience required
• Prior leadership or Finance Director experience strongly preferred
• Strong track record of driving production and profitability
• Must be available for in-person interviews with our management team
• CDK experience is a plus
