About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director/Director for its Institute for Financial Literacy and Wellness. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight of the institute, which is dedicated to enhancing financial education and wellness within the student, alumni, faculty, staff, and local community. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive financial literacy programs, securing funding and partnerships, and ensuring the institute is a premier resource for financial empowerment. The Executive Director/Director will also lead a team and collaborate with various university units and external partners to execute non-credit bearing financial literacy and wellness programs, with a focus on budgeting, debt reduction, and long-term financial planning.

Applicants for this position at the company should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in financial literacy education, student affairs, nonprofit leadership, or a related area. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial literacy education, and a preference for those with a Doctorate degree and experience in higher education administration.
