Enable, Inc is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Director to oversee our operations in Bismarck, ND. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, manage day-to-day operations, and cultivate relationships with the Board of Directors to ensure the continued success and growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and fulfill our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
• Lead and mentor a team of passionate staff members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish policies, set priorities, and oversee financial management to ensure the long-term sustainability of our programs and services.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to advocate for the needs of individuals with disabilities and expand our reach and impact.
• Serve as the public face of Enable, Inc in Bismarck, representing our organization at events, conferences, and other public forums to raise awareness and support for our mission.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in nonprofit management, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
• A valid driver's license, a clear criminal background, and submit to drug testing and credit report checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with Board of Directors.
• A passion for social justice and a commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for individuals with disabilities.
• A collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ability and willingness to communicate with and relate to people supported, parents, guardians, agency staff and representatives of community agencies.
