About the Role At Daylesford Crossing, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our community and ensure operational excellence, compassionate care, and a high-quality lifestyle for our residents. This role is responsible for day-to-day management, team leadership, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will embody integrity, compassion, and a deep commitment to seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and regulatory compliance in alignment with company standards and all applicable laws.
Recruit, develop, and lead a strong leadership team and staff across all departments.
Maintain full occupancy by supporting the sales and marketing strategy, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, ensuring alignment with community budget and goals.
Cultivate a supportive, safe, and engaging environment for residents, families, and team members.
Act as the primary liaison between the community, families, local organizations, and licensing agencies.
Ensure effective care planning and service delivery, with a focus on memory care and wellness programs.
Guide the community through inspections and surveys, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Qualifications
Must meet state Executive Director licensing requirements, including:
Approved training course completion
Passing score on State Board examination
2080 hours of recent health-related work experience
Fingerprint clearance or proof of application
Proven leadership in senior living, healthcare, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial management, and team development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for enriching the lives of seniors and supporting team success.
