About the Role
The Company is in search of a mission-driven Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for its pregnancy medical and resource center. The successful candidate will be responsible for visionary leadership that is in line with the organization's Christian mission and values, as well as the development and implementation of strategic plans to expand services and community impact. Building and maintaining relationships with local churches, donors, and community partners is essential, as is ensuring that programs and services align with biblical principles and meet community needs. The role also involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff and volunteer teams, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards, and maintaining financial stewardship.
Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least 5 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector. A strong personal Christian faith, pro-life views, and a proven track record in fundraising and donor relations are required. The ideal candidate will have excellence in organizational management, staff development, and strong public speaking and communication skills. Experience in a pregnancy center ministry or related Christian service, knowledge of healthcare regulations, and grant writing experience are preferred. Personal qualities such as a pastoral heart, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build bridges across denominational lines are also important.
