Lead with Vision – Oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring exceptional service for residents and families. Inspire Your Team – Hire, mentor, and support staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion. Drive Success – Manage budgets, support census growth, and partner with sales and marketing to tell our story in the community. Experience – Proven leadership in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related fields. Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing people and budgets. Leadership Style – Approachable, collaborative, and skilled in both coaching and holding teams accountable. Skills – Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
