We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong background in community operations, team development, and resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the senior living community. Inspire and guide a high-performing team aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and revenue growth. Lead the Sales and Marketing process to maximize occupancy and market position. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. Foster a positive, inclusive culture for residents, families, and team members. Drive initiatives to enhance resident well-being, team engagement, and service excellence. Manage hiring, training, and performance development of staff. Promote a Resident-Centered Model of care and uphold the organization’s core values. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred. Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality management. Strong financial acumen and operational oversight capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills. Passion for serving seniors and creating a vibrant community culture.
