About the Role
As Executive Director, you’ll be the heartbeat of your community—overseeing daily operations, building high-performing teams, ensuring regulatory excellence, and driving both resident satisfaction and financial success. What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of senior living, healthcare, or multi-department leadership with proven financial and operational success

  • Strong sales acumen and marketing insight to drive census growth

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, inspire, and retain top talent

  • A servant-leadership style that blends accountability with compassion

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

The salary range for this position is $84,7000 to 135,500. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.(all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)., Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
