About the Job

We seek a part‑time Executive Director to lead the organization in expanding its current level of programming. This person must be an excellent communicator with a proven ability to listen & collaborate. They will be a skilled fundraiser with deep connections to the music community in the Boston area.

Must have 3+ years of experience in senior management, preferably in music education.

Appreciation for string instruments and chamber music is expected.

Must be able to envision and convey the organization’s strategic future to staff, board, volunteers, donors and school/community partners.
