About the Role

The Company is in need of an Executive Director and Vice President for Clinical Operations to take the helm of its Trial Operations function. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader in clinical operations, with a proven track record in overseeing a diverse portfolio of global clinical studies, including complex Phase III programs in respiratory, immunology, and rare diseases. Key responsibilities for this role include leading 3-5 concurrent studies, ensuring that all timelines, budgets, and compliance standards are met. The successful candidate will also be tasked with driving innovative patient recruitment, vendor and site management, and risk-mitigation strategies, as well as partnering with senior leaders across functions to align operations with corporate objectives.
