He gives leadership to the Executive Team in the development of an annual budget, ensures that proper financial procedures are followed, and provides reports on the receipts, disbursements, and expenses of BCNY. The EDT aids in the development of local strategies through churches and associations, leads the Executive Board and its teams in the development of an annual budget for these strategies, and supervises staff in the planning and implementation of these strategies.
