The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Total Rewards and Talent Systems to join their dynamic, mission-driven environment. This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of compensation, benefits, and HRIS functions, ensuring they are competitive, inclusive, and aligned with the company's mission and values. The Executive Director will lead a high-performing team, drive innovation, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include designing and managing equitable compensation structures, overseeing comprehensive benefits offerings, and leading annual compensation planning and performance cycles. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing vendor relationships, and owning the strategy and operations of HRIS systems.
Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, information systems, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive HR leadership roles, including at least 5 years in managing teams and leading compensation/HRIS strategy, is required. Experience in healthcare or a mission-driven sector is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of compensation, benefits, compliance, and HRIS platforms, and hold relevant certifications such as CCP, CBP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP. Strong leadership, communication, project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools are essential.
