About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the operations and management of a student housing community. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of the asset, including overseeing leasing initiatives, CapEx projects, retail collections, and all personnel management and training. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include managing a high-quality on-site staff, ensuring the achievement of leasing and renewal goals, and maintaining the property in a safe and attractive condition. The role also involves direct communication with students regarding their rent and leasing agreements, so the ability to provide accurate information and maintain professional customer service is essential.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in multifamily property management, with at least 2 years' in student housing management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in all areas of property management, including financial reporting, sales and leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are a must, as is the ability to develop and manage budgets and forecasts. The Executive Director will also be expected to demonstrate the company's mindsets and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
