The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Strategy & Growth to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating growth strategies across marketing, business development, and physician relations. This role is pivotal in serving as a member of the executive team to further the mission and goals of the organization, with a focus on aligning growth agendas and increasing internal collaboration to enhance hospital growth, performance, and capabilities. The Executive Director will direct and lead business development and physician relationships, with a key emphasis on the growth of business and service line volume, recruitment and engagement of specialty physicians, and the identification of new business opportunities and strategic operational partnerships.
Candidates for the Executive Director of Strategy & Growth position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record in a similar leadership role.
