Key duties include serving as a senior advisor on strategic initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to guide strategy development, and providing strategic direction for data-driven decision-making. The role also involves leading cross-functional planning efforts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Applicants for the Executive Director role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced degrees, and a minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in a business or public sector environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation, project management, technology, or related fields, and at least 7 years' experience managing a diverse workforce.
