TOM FORD BEAUTY is seeking a social media professional to work within the Global Social Media team to support, optimize, and grow our social media properties. This role focuses on social calendarization and analytics and is part of a dynamic, fast-paced team that relies on strong cross-functional relationships, brand awareness, and cultural sensitivity. The Executive Director will oversee TOM FORD BEAUTY and TOM FORD Fashion social media channels.

Key Responsibilities : Develop strategies and provide analytics for the TOM FORD BEAUTY Global and APAC social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, Weibo, Kakao Talk, Douyin, Youku, Little Red Book, Line), including scheduling, posting, and reporting. Oversee social media content calendars for global cross-functional team alignment and timely execution. Coordinate with Creative and International teams to ensure asset availability. Manage all social copy needs and regional approvals. Oversee community management response team and liaise with regional representatives for problem-solving. Lead monthly alignment and bi-weekly meetings with the fashion house on social content and calendarization, presenting programs aligned with the brand vision. Secure support from Global and Regional Consumer Marketing teams for paid social campaigns and synergies. Collaborate with Global and Regional Communications and Events teams on earned media strategies, including sourcing editorial content and user-generated content (UGC). Support Global Education with social media activations for specialist programs. Assist regional teams with projects, including key event amplification on global social channels. Implement metrics for all initiatives and programs in collaboration with the VP. Develop talent and capabilities globally and support regional teams to maximize contribution. Identify and optimize content trends, platform types, and technologies through competitive analysis and research. Present social media performance and competitive insights in relevant meetings. Support cross-functional initiatives to ensure the global brand provides necessary tools to meet business needs. Qualifications Position Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree 10+ years of experience, ideally with global exposure in luxury, beauty, or corporate environments. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong organizational, visual, and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail. Appreciation for other cultures and understanding of the cosmetic industry, fashion trends, and pop culture. Knowledge of fashion and beauty trends and new technologies is a plus, as is international experience and foreign language skills. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $149,500 to $257,000. Exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location. The role also includes participation in a competitive bonus program, share incentive plan, and other benefits such as health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and education support.
