About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Originator for Commercial Banking Asset Based Lending. The successful candidate will be a key player in the origination, structuring, syndication, and execution of asset-based loan transactions, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a customer-centric individual who is adept at providing financial advice, leading complex deal teams, and driving the growth and retention of profitable banking relationships. The Senior Originator will also be responsible for partnering with senior coverage bankers to expand client relationships and will be expected to champion a culture of innovation and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and product innovation.
Applicants must have a minimum of eight years' experience in account relationship management, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in business development. In-depth knowledge of commercial banking and debt capital markets products and services is essential, as is the ability to lead sponsor transactions and work across diverse industries. The role demands a professional with exceptional management and leadership abilities, advanced sales management skills, and a commitment to a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and the ability to mobilize internal resources to deliver client solutions, as well as a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. FINRA securities licenses are required, or the candidate must be willing to obtain them within 180 days of hire.
