A new youth-focused organization is looking for a seasoned leader to drive the vision, daily oversight, and long-term success of a transformative community-based initiative. This position guides team performance, program execution, financial planning, and partnership-building initiatives that foster growth and opportunity for young individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily functions, oversee personnel, and uphold standards that promote a safe, engaging, and growth-oriented environment for youth.
  • Lead operational planning, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with contract terms and organizational priorities.
  • Strengthen community connections and secure outside funding through relationship-building and resource development.
  • Inspire a team culture built on accountability, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Promote visibility and impact through public messaging, events, and advocacy.
  • Ensure safety protocols, staff training, and program policies are consistently followed.

Qualification:

  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum five years in a high-responsibility role, including people management.
  • Track record of securing contributions, sponsorships, or institutional grants.
  • Confident communicator with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Driven by purpose, with a heart for service and youth advancement.
