This position is responsible for leading a team in charge of five capability towers as they relate to a mission-critical enterprise platform (e.g., Salesforce, Automation, Data and Analytics, etc.). The incumbent will lead Planning & Advisory by working with the business and IT Product Lines to drive development of a comprehensive, multi-year platform strategy. In charge of the Platform Solution Architecture, will partner with the business and IT Product Lines to define a product roadmap for each of the business application that are built upon the platform. Under Governance & Administration, will manage the platform by monitoring and enforcing enterprise policies related to security, privacy, audit, platform usage, etc. They will own Platform Operations, keeping the enterprise platform up to date with current patches/versions and overseeing the platform evolution.
Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of experience in area of specialty (e.g., Salesforce, Automation, etc.) or 19 years of experience in area of specialty (e.g., Salesforce, Automation, etc.) 5 years of planning, design, and delivery of enterprise systems 7 years of management and/or leadership experience Experience managing demands from multiple stakeholders while optimizing resources Experience assuring milestone(s) achievement and full delivery of IT and business needs Technical understanding to manage issues efficiently Leadership, change management and communications experience Experience managing multiple, medium to large cross functional teams Business and financial acumen Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Negotiation, management, and strategic problem-solving skills Analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills Knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT application technologies and application development platforms and/or languages Program and/or project management Ability to execute, influence, prioritize, and make trade-offs
Preferred Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, or related field Experience in the Healthcare industry Knowledge in all areas of data, security, application or integration architecture and associated technologies
Please note this is a hybrid role in our office (Chicago or Richardson) 3 days/week.
INJLF
Compensation: $158,300.00 - $293,800.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
