About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Perioperative Business Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of business functions, supply chain, and scheduling operations across all perioperative services. This leadership role involves strategic collaboration with key organizational members to ensure efficient and high-quality operational performance. The Executive Director will also be involved in the development and implementation of standardized key performance indicators, as well as the negotiation of optimal value in perioperative contracts.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' of leadership experience in hospital operations, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree and having experience in surgical/medical materials, contract, surgical charges, and business operations within a complex surgical enterprise. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, strong financial acumen, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Responsibilities include managing a team of data analysts and scheduling personnel, supporting the development of capital budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards. The Executive Director will also be involved in the growth and development of the perioperative business, including the creation of comprehensive capital business plans and the tracking of growth plan metrics.
