About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Global Campus, a pioneering role focused on the establishment and operationalization of a comprehensive online learning infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for unifying and enhancing current offerings to create a high-quality, scalable, and sustainable online ecosystem. This includes driving business planning, platform development, faculty engagement, and institutional change management to position the global campus as a leading model of online education that meets workforce needs and expands access to quality education. The Executive Director will also oversee the development of delivery platforms, new programs, and the growth of existing offerings, ensuring excellence in online teaching and learning.

This transformational leadership position requires a visionary individual who can design scalable systems, foster innovative academic pathways, and lead the institution in its mission to provide accessible, mission-driven online education. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in online program development, a deep understanding of the online education landscape, and the ability to engage and support faculty and staff in this transformative process.
