About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Talent and Community Affairs to lead its strategic efforts in fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment. The role also involves supervising and evaluating HR and student activities staff, as well as seeking opportunities for grant funding to support district objectives.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should hold a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in areas such as human resources, labor relations, employment law compliance, staff training, employee engagement, athletics leadership, communications, marketing, or educational leadership. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of federal statutes and state laws is essential, as is the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
