About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Production and Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational workflow within the Marketing and Communications division. This pivotal role involves managing the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of processes and project management systems to ensure efficient production workflows. The Executive Director will also be tasked with setting operational flow, quality standards, and monitoring divisional capacity to effectively manage and forecast workload. Additionally, the role includes leading the selection and implementation of technological solutions and project management systems to bolster strategic operations, as well as providing leadership and development for a team of project managers and production staff.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 7 years of experience in operational management, and a proven track record of at least 3 years in managing a department. The role requires expertise in workflow optimization, process management, and extensive project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budget management, strategic resource allocation, and experience in both vendor and client relationship management. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Experience in a higher education environment and a deep understanding of Adobe products are preferred.
