This is a critical role where you'll cultivate lasting relationships with national and global accounts, ensuring mutual success and expanding the reach of our innovative travel programs. What You'll Do: Drive Growth and Forge Lasting Relationships Responsibilities Strategizing and Executing: Create and execute strategic business plans for your assigned accounts, collaborating with sales teams to maximize revenue growth and monetize all available paths. Driving Adoption and Value: Champion the adaptation and usage of arrivia programs, products, and services within every partner program by deeply understanding client needs and effectively communicating our product value. Contract Management: Oversee and support account contracts, working with senior leadership on amendments, renewals, and addendums. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor evolutions and advancements within our partners' businesses to strategically expand arrivia programs based on our evolving product and service offerings. Building Key Relationships: Establish critical relationships with diverse stakeholders across partner organizations and within arrivia. Executive-Level Engagement: Lead and demonstrate the ability to build and expand long-term executive-level account relationships, fostering solid and trusting partnerships. Problem Solving: Proactively respond to and prevent coverage and market access challenges within assigned programs by improving processes. Strategic Reporting: Present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to key partner stakeholders and internal senior leadership. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze client data to evolve customer relationship management, marketing, and sales strategies. Innovative Program Launches: Grow the overall portfolio by creatively launching new programs and benefits tailored to each client's unique needs. Team Leadership: Manage a small team, providing leadership, coordination, and support to ensure their success. What You'll Bring: Your Expertise and Passion We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic individual with a strong background in account management and a deep understanding of the travel industry. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, management, or key account management. Direct customer-facing experience managing commercial customers at all levels. Demonstrated experience consistently managing client expectations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, actively soliciting and acting on client feedback. Highly Preferred: Previous experience in vacation ownership or the broader travel industry. Proven experience launching new programs or specialty products within large-scale national/global partners. Broad business acumen with the ability to analyze data and sales statistics to translate results into effective solutions. Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to develop well-positioned and thoughtful documents and presentations. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to follow through on client contracts and deliverables. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel (including advanced features like pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
